Prof. PhD Eng. Mariana PANAITESCU
Constanta Maritime University, Romania

Professor Mariana Panaitescu is a Professor at the Faculty of Electro-Mechanics, Constanta Maritime University, with extensive academic and professional experience in fluid mechanics, hydraulics and environmental engineering. She holds a PhD in Fluid Mechanics and Hydraulics and has published approximately 40 books and 130 scientific papers. Her research interests include higher education, hydraulics and fluid mechanics, and environmental engineering.

The Editor-in-Chief works in close cooperation with an experienced international Editorial Board, bringing together academics and specialists from maritime, engineering and environmental fields.

Prof. PhD Tien Anh TRAN
Vietnam Maritime University, Vietnam / University of Malta, Malta

Professor Tien Anh Tran has an interdisciplinary research profile spanning marine engineering, naval architecture and ocean engineering, electrical engineering, intelligent transport systems, renewable energy and sustainability. He has extensive international research and editorial experience and has served as editor or guest editor for several scientific journals.

Assistant Researcher PhD Jawad LAKZIZ
Hassan II University of Casablanca, Morocco

Dr Jawad Lakziz holds a PhD in Physics and has a research background in underwater acoustics, marine environmental modelling and numerical simulation. His research interests include submarine acoustics, underwater noise, signal processing and applications of artificial intelligence in marine environments.

The journal’s scientific development is supported by an international Scientific Board. Manuscripts submitted to JMTE undergo peer review by qualified specialists selected according to the subject area and expertise required for each submission.
